What if humans are able to interact with the spirit realm?
In another multiverse, humans are able to interact with spirits such as their past ancestors. But the only way to do this is to drink a special potion that lets you see and interact with these spirits. This potion helps consumers see the spirit realm coexist with the human world, and give them temporary spiritual, magic-like powers like foresight. Remy Flounder, a young and talented scientist found the formula to create this potion and drank it. The world Remy is living in is not too different from ours, but instead of technology, humanity is striving for magic and potions.

When Remy drank the potion, he got lightheaded and knocked out, which means that the potion is working. Once Remy regained his consciousness, he feels shivers in his body, his blood became colder and his pupils turned pale gray. This is a sign that a human has the ability to see the spirit realm. Remy saw a small spirit floating around his lab and tried grabbing it, only to find out this spirit is intelligent and has an attitude. They quickly became friends and asked the spirit for its name. The spirit’s name was Lukas.

Remy and Lukas then went outside to see the world and spirit realm. The sky is dark, full of bright trails of light, there’s a whole civilization overlapping the human world. Remy saw spectral trains in the sky, filled with different kinds of spirits just traveling. As Remy and Lukas walk around the city, Lukas helps explain how the spirit realm works. Spirits help guide humans through life by giving them temporary bursts of what we call “gut feeling”. Whenever humans have a gut feeling about something, there's a spirit guiding you to do the right thing.
